Description:

ExxonMobil™ EVA 20020FL is primarily designed for high-speed, low-coating-weight extrusion coating and is a good coextrusion partner with other polymers. It is an excellent sealing material with:

  • Very low seal initiation temperature
  • High clarity
  • Low gel content

Excellent extrusion coating results are obtained at 220°C (428°F). Processing temperatures above 240°C (464°F) may cause resin degradation.

ExxonMobil™ EVA 20020FL should be fed into the extruder after LDPE of a similar or higher melt index. Machines should always be purged with LDPE or a suitable cleaning compound before shutdown
