Exceed™ m 1018 series resins are ethylene 1-hexene metallocene copolymers engineered by ExxonMobil for blown film processing. Designed to deliver exceptional mechanical performance, these resins are best known for high tensile strength, impact resistance, and superior puncture resistance.
Key Characteristics & Capabilities
Superior Strength & Toughness: Offers outstanding Dart Drop impact strength and high tear resistance (in both machine and transverse directions), protecting film integrity under heavy loads.
Downgauging Potential: Excellent drawability allows converters to create thinner films without sacrificing strength or puncture performance, reducing overall material use and cost.
Non-TNPP Formulation: Tris(nonylphenol) phosphite (TNPP) is not intentionally added to these resins.
