ESTANE breathable grades have high flex fatigue resistance, low temperature flexibility, excellent abrasion, and good chemical and hydrolysis resistance, eliminating the need for additional UV stabilization. These polymers are easy to extrude and provide essential features such as protection against moisture for insulation material, monolithic structure as opposed to microporous materials like polyolefins, and heat resistance up to 90°C and selectively up to 110°C.
Various grades are available, with ESTANE 58300 NAT 036 TPU being a reference material, demonstrating superior breathability and tensile strength compared to other high-performing TPU grades in the market.
